Job summary

SHJIANLI (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced and responsible M&E QS engineers to join our team and grow with the company. Work Location: TUAS with shuttle bus service provided.

Main responsibilities include tendering and pricing, drafting and managing subcontracting contracts, weekly on-site quantity verification, monthly progress payment reconciliation, and liaising with local suppliers to navigate the Singapore materials market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QS experience, with preference for Singapore construction industry.
• Familiar with local project quotation, contract management and progress payments.
• Able to independently handle on-site measurement work and stay diligent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS).
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (templates provided).
• Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments monthly.
• Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist purchasing staff with local materials market.
• Coordinate with the Singapore-based team to ensure smooth project execution.

Due to business expansion, we are now seeking experienced and responsible M&E QS (Quantity Surveyor) engineers to join our team and grow with the company.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS);
2. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (company provides standard templates);
3. Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with the auditor monthly;
4. Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist the company's purchasing staff in familiarizing themselves with the local materials market.
5. Work closely with the Singapore-based team to coordinate project requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QS work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Singapore construction industry;
• Familiar with local project quotation, contract management, and progress payment processes;
• Diligent and responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Able to independently handle relevant business and on-site measurement work.
