Job summary

XUAN YU CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore.

The role focuses on managing the full QS process from tender to handover, with emphasis on cost estimation, budgeting and cost control across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in Mandarin and English within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Manage the full quantity surveying process, from tender preparation and cost estimation to project completion and handover.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, budgets, cost reports, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Liaise closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Able to work effectively with both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking team members and clients.
• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
