Job summary

Kwong Hui Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead estimation, budgeting and cost control for electrical systems on projects in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing cost plans, tender documentation, and value engineering to ensure project profitability.

You will liaise with contractors, engineers and project teams, review drawings, monitor variances and prepare settlement notes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E or building services experience.
• Knowledge of QS software Cubicost TME & TBQ is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and budget for Electrical System; prepare cost plans.
• Liaise with contractors and engineers on services delivery.
• Review drawings and specifications; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings with owner, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare M&E information for tendering and bidding.
• Conduct M&E quantity surveys for site offices; cost control.
• Evaluate price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Prepare settlement for final accounts and cost implications.
