Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Review and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage variation orders (VO) and additional works
• Monitor project costs, budgets and profitability
• Handle subcontractor accounts and payment claims
• Prepare project costing and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works
• Assist in contract administration and other QS-related duties
