Job summary

SINGCON (M&E) Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical QS to lead tender preparation and submission for M&E projects. You will evaluate tenders, cost estimates, and ensure an accurate bill of quantities.

Responsibilities include sourcing and comparing costs, preparing tender documents, studying drawings, and identifying variation orders, all within a 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays.

• Knowledgeable in market unit rate
• 5 days work week with alternate Saturday

• 5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
