WORKFORCE CONTRACTS PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic M&E Project Manager to take full ownership of M&E projects across Singapore. Lead from planning to handover, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery in a building & construction environment.

You will drive end-to-end project management, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and mentor engineers while maintaining site safety and compliance with codes and standards. This is a permanent, on-site role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Fire Protection, ACMV, ELV, plumbing and building services systems.
• Proven track record in M&E design, installation, testing, commissioning and project delivery.
• Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong grasp of project schedules, technical documentation, quality control site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&E project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Oversee MEP systems: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ACMV, ELV.
• Manage full project lifecycle: design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve designs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Resolve technical challenges, site issues, and design clashes proactively.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, resources, materials, and costs to achieve milestones.
• Lead testing, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and team members.
• Support tendering, cost evaluation, variation works, and commercial discussions.

About the Role
