Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Lead Operations professional responsible for the maintenance and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems across major facilities. You will oversee project execution from design through commissioning, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and drive improvements to safety, quality, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations, fire safety requirements, and engineering standards.
• Experience managing mechanical engineering projects within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale facilities environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of M&E systems, equipment maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience supervising contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities
