Job summary

M&E Building Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced professional to plan and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, including air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and electrical installations. You will coordinate site activities, supervise contractors, resolve M&E issues, and liaise with building professionals to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and supervising M&E works.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Ability to coordinate site activities and liaise with building professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation of air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing sanitary, and electrical works in building and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate M&E activities with other ongoing site works to ensure seamless project integration
• Supervise contractors and workers to achieve timely completion of M&E works within allocated budgets
• Identify and implement effective solutions for M&E technical problems to maintain project quality and progress
• Serve as the primary liaison with other building professionals on all M&E-related matters to facilitate collaboration and compliance
• Plan and supervision of office administrative works with 2 admin girl supports
