Job summary

SYSMA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an on-site M&E coordinator to manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works on residential projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and effective collaboration with contractors and consultants.

Liaise with contractors and consultants to coordinate M&E work, supervise systems (sanitary, ACMV, electrical, security, lifts), conduct on-site inspections, review drawings, and produce coordination drawings to facilitate integration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects.
• M&E Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems including sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security, and lift installations to ensure project compliance.
• Liaise with nominated and domestic contractors and consultants to coordinate M&E work and produce detailed progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that M&E works meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of all M&E works to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings to support accurate execution of works.
• Assist in producing coordination drawings to facilitate integration of M&E systems (preferred skill).
