Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a vigilant M&E coordinator to ensure smooth supervision of M&E works on construction sites in Singapore. You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, review drawings, and monitor progress and quality to align with project specifications.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline and at least 1 year of relevant M&E experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E experience, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Familiar with M&E drawings, site coordination and construction works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works on construction sites.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on M&E matters.
• Review M&E drawings and ensure works are carried out according to specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality and coordination of M&E works.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on technical and site issues.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and project handover.
