Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Technical Officer to assist M&E Executives and lead technicians in delivering reliable building services. You will monitor and supervise M&E operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and coordinate preventive maintenance plans.

Responsibilities include overseeing tenant fit-out activities, vendor coordination, and budget tracking to meet timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services/ Real Estate or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who is flexible and dependable.
• Good organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the M&E Executives in daily maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems.
• Monitor systems for safe, efficient operation per design specifications and intent.
• Lead, supervise and provide guidance to technicians.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to meet timelines and standards.
• Oversee tenant fit-out coordination and monitor related works.
• Prepare weekly tenancy fit-out status reports and track budgets.
