Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Singapore is seeking a hands-on M&E Manager to lead the Building Services team responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of M&E systems across a mixed development.

You will develop preventive maintenance plans, manage budgets, review tenant fit-outs, and coordinate with contractors, vendors and government agencies to ensure service standards and KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience.
• Diploma in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, fit-out practices and local ordinances.
• Experience formulating maintenance policies and capital works management.
• Independent, proactive and resourceful with good organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; managerial experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the M&E team to deliver maintenance and operations for all M&E systems.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans within budget.
• Review tenant fit-out applications and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage operating expenditure.
• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met; liaise with tenants, partners and authorities.
• Assist in tender processes and collaborate with other departments.
