Job summary

JLL on-site in Singapore seeks a Technical Officer to assist the M&E Executives and lead technicians in delivering reliable building services. You will help manage day-to-day maintenance and oversee M&E systems to meet safety and design standards.

The role involves procurement for repairs, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising contractors, and ensuring timely completion while tracking budgets. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services/Real Estate or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who is flexible and dependable.
• Good organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Executives in the day-to-day maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems.
• Monitor and ensure the systems operate efficiently and safely and in accordance with the design specifications and intent.
• Procure M&E and building parts for repairs and replacement.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors / vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance work within timelines and standards.
• Track budgets.
