Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead the M&E team for a mixed development in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance of M&E systems, plan preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors to ensure service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical with relevant experience.
• Experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments.
• Knowledge of maintenance policies, capital works projects and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team to deliver building maintenance and operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and budgets for M&E systems.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to meet timelines and standards.
• Prepare monthly reports and support tender activities.
