Job summary

You will coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues, drive value engineering and planning, ensure QA/QC, authority submissions, and oversee testing and commissioning for timely delivery.

Location: City hall
Project Location: Seletar Project
Salary Range: $7,500 – $9,500
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the M&E site team, engineers, coordinators, and supervisors across all execution phases.
Coordinate directly with consultants to resolve complex technical issues, clarify design intent, and obtain necessary approvals.
Drive Value Engineering initiatives, schedule planning, and cost-effective solutions for M&E scopes.
Ensure all documentation, QA/QC records, authority submissions, and as-built drawings are complete and ready for audits and handover.
Direct Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and authority inspections to ensure timely project delivery.
