Job summary

job express services pte. ltd. seeks a Senior M&E Engineer to supervise the site M&E team and coordinate complex drawings and documentation in City Hall, Singapore. You will review shop drawings, RFIs, method statements and submissions to ensure quality and compliance.

You will support M&E Supervisors and subcontractors, track progress for monthly reports, progress claims and variations, and contribute to Value Engineering and scheduling efforts using Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Assist in supervising the site M&E team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Review and prepare shop drawings, RFIs and method statements.
• Identify clashes between M&E and other drawings before execution.
• Provide technical support to ensure local regulation compliance.
• Track progress for reports, claims and material tracking.
• Develop cost-down proposals and assist with project scheduling.
• Guide junior engineers to improve output quality.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior M&E Engineer ID6010

Location: City Hall

Salary Range: $6,400 – $7,300 / month

Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Manager in supervising the site M&E team (engineers and coordinators).
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Review M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes, omissions, and technical discrepancies prior to site execution.
• Provide technical support to M&E Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Track and verify M&E work progress for monthly reports, progress claims, variation assessments, and material tracking.
• Develop Value Engineering cost-down proposals and assist with project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Guide junior engineers and coordinators to enhance technical capability and output quality.
