NINE SUITES CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead and oversee all mechanical and electrical works across the project lifecycle.
You will coordinate design reviews, site inspections, and subcontractor management to ensure quality and safety. You will work with consultants, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and site issues, manage budgets, procurement, and schedule milestones, and drive testing, commissioning, and handover
Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan, monitor, and ensure M&E activities are completed according to project schedules and milestones.
Review and coordinate M&E design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve design and site issues.
Manage and supervise M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure performance and compliance.
Ensure all M&E installations comply with contractual specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Monitor project budgets, costs, procurement activities, and M&E-related expenditures.
Identify project risks, technical challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and disruptions.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities, including inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements across all M&E works.
Lead testing, commissioning, system integration, and performance verification of M&E systems.
Manage project handover, including defect rectification, as-built documentation, and client acceptance.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in M&E construction management.
At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing large-scale construction projects.
Experience managing commercial complexes, industrial facilities, data centers, hospitals, or infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Familiarity with local authority requirements, building regulations, and industry standards.
