AECOM is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the construction and operation of mechanical and electrical systems at our Sentosa location in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable building services.

You will monitor installations, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain comprehensive documentation while working closely with the Resident Engineer and facility management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a 26 months contract.
• Working location will be at RWS, Sentosa.
• 5.5 days work week

Responsabilités

• Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc.
• Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
• Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
• Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs
