Job summary

AECOM Singapore is seeking a technically skilled professional to oversee mechanical and electrical systems for a 26-month contract at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). You will coordinate with the Resident Engineer and contractors to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires strong diagnostic abilities, excellent documentation, and clear communication with multiple stakeholders to support reliable facility operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations and safety compliance
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed maintenance records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on a 26 months contract
• Working location at RWS, Sentosa
• 5.5 days work week

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc.
• Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
• Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
• Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs
