Job summary

AECOM Singapore Pte Ltd in Sentosa is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee construction works and ensure quality, accuracy and workmanship of mechanical, electrical and security systems.

You will monitor progress against approved master schedules, assist the Resident Engineer with daily, weekly and monthly reports, verify variations and progress claims, and carry out duties as instructed by the SO and RE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in overseeing construction projects, particularly M&E systems.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards for M&E systems.
• Experience with quality control processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with contractors, consultants and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site works to ensure quality, accuracy and workmanship of M&E systems and security systems.
• Monitor progress against approved master schedules with monthly, weekly and daily programmes.
• Assist the RE on daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
• Check and verify reports, variations and progress claims submitted by contractors.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project as instructed by the SO and RE.
