Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management professional to plan and implement preventive maintenance for M&E systems across commercial properties.

You will lead regular client meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate with authorities, architects and engineers to maintain building operations. The role requires a Diploma or degree in building or facilities management with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

• Diploma / degree in building, facilities management or relevant discipline.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work with client and tenant.
• Good analytical skills to assess situation and determine the best course of action.
• Dynamic, self-motivated individual.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resourceful.
• Knowledge on sustainability and green mark and/or experience in green mark renewal for commercial buildings would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular management meetings with client to report on activities and management of the Property.
• Manage all financial matters, including monitoring of income and expenditure to align with annual budget.
• Prepare annual Income and Expenditure Budgets and Capital Improvement Budget for client approval.
• Liaise with authorities, architects, engineers on management and maintenance matters.
• Review maintenance contract specifications and upgrade standards.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programme for M&E systems and equipment.
• Evaluate and manage maintenance contractors; conduct regular property inspections.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement plans to boost efficiency.
• Manage inventory and maintain technical store; respond to emergencies.
• Ensure fire safety compliance and clear access; address tenant complaints promptly.
