Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a seasoned M&E Facilities Cluster Lead (Integrated FM) to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building portfolio. You will ensure operational efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all sites.

The role requires strong leadership of facilities management teams, extensive hard services expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple vendors while upholding SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience managing corporate commercial office/industrial buildings.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Fire Manager preferred.
• IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) experience is a plus.
• Extensive technical knowledge in hard services facilities management.
• Available to commence immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts).
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage space utilization, cleanliness, landscaping, and building presentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for facility-related matters and issues.
• Manage external vendors: cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, landscaping.
• Review and negotiate service contracts; monitor performance and SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor works to minimize disruption to building users.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth performance of all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lifts.
• Plan and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Manage space utilization, cleanliness, landscaping, and overall building presentation.
• Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters and issues.
• Manage external vendors including cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, and landscaping services.
• Review and negotiate service contracts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate vendor works to minimize disruption to building users.

• Preferably individuals with lean six sigma / PMP / Fire Manager certification
