Job summary

Randstad Singapore is partnering with a leading commercial client to hire a Critical Facilities manager. The role oversees daily operations, maintenance, and overall management of the building to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.

The candidate will lead preventive maintenance, manage third-party providers, and drive incident response while maintaining audit-ready documentation and meeting SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
• Min 8 years of proven experience working in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or telecommunications environments
• Strong understanding of Uptime Institute Tier standards (Tier II-IV)
• and/s-or experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Solid ability to read and interpret Electrical Single Line and Mechanical schematics
