Job summary

KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E professional to manage M&E works scheduling, site inspections, and progress monitoring across projects.

You will review M&E drawings, prepare reports for consultant meetings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery while maintaining compliance with company and authorities' requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry.
• Recognised Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule.
• Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work and variation orders.
• Ensure that all M&E works of sub-contractors comply with the Company and authorities' requirements.
• Review M&E drawings and materials prepared by M&E Coordinators to avoid discrepancies with architectural and structural elements.
• Prepare reports for Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve design and construction issues.

• To prepare reports for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
• To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues

Requirements

• Min. of 5 - 8 years relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
• Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
