Job summary

Macbuild Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a site-based M&E Coordinator to manage all M&E matters on Singapore projects. You will liaise with nominated and domestic contractors and consultants, review progress, and ensure installations comply with requirements.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; M&E certification is preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant site experience in residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• M&E Certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of site experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to produce coordination drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on M&E work and produce progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works meet requirements.
• Coordinate all M&E works and monitor progress.
• Read and review M&E drawings.
• Produce coordination drawings.

About the role

In charge of all M&E matters including sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and fire protection works in Singapore projects.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress reports
• Conduct site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance to requirements
• Coordinate all M&E works, including monitoring of work progress
• Read and review M&E drawings
• Produce coordination drawings

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• M&E Cert preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant site experience in Residential and commercial projects
• Able to produce coordination drawings would be an advantage
