Job summary

EUROBUILD PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a qualified M&E Coordinator to manage coordination of electrical, mechanical and plumbing works on residential projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants, owners and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

The role requires a degree or diploma in relevant engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, and strong communication across project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or M&E coordination.
• Experience in private residential or landed houses and A&A works.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/ArchiCAD for M&E coordination.
• Strong communication with project teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all M&E works with architects, consultants, owners and subcontractors.
• Support project teams across assigned projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD/ArchiCAD to check M&E services.
• Engage with project teams at all levels to resolve issues.

Job description

Coordination of all M&E Works with Architects, Consultants, owner, Sub-contractors, Project Teams, etc for the projects assigned.

Degree or Diploma in electrical, mechanical, Civil Engineering, M&E coordination, MEP or equivalent.

• Preferably have experience in private residential, landed houses or additions & alterations works.


• Able to use autocad/archicad in checking and coordination of M&E Services


• Able to communication with project teams at all levels.
