Job summary

L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites a skilled M&E Coordinator to join our projects in Singapore.

You will oversee drawings, coordinate M&E subcontractors, and ensure compliance with authorities while supporting safe, efficient site operations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and has at least 2 years' experience in industrial, commercial or institutional settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or its equivalent.
• Min 2 years' experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Check drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works.
• Coordinate all M&E sub-contractors' work.
• Ensure M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done.
• Coordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
