Job summary

BHCC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a qualified professional to supervise the M&E works on HDB projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, supervising works, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Understand contract requirements and monitor compliance with project schedule.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Engineering (Mechanical)

Job description

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
• Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
