Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a qualified M&E Engineer to coordinate and oversee M&E works for building projects. You will review drawings, liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution on site.

You will monitor installation progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.
• Experience with A&A projects is advantageous.
• Experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.


• Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.


• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.


• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.


• Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.


• Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.


• Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.


• Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.


• Good communication and coordination skills.
