Job summary

Lincotrade & Associates Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E site coordinator to support our projects in Singapore. You will review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, supervise M&E site works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules and safety standards are met.

The role requires a diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to M&E installations, working closely with the project team to implement solutions.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all M&E work, conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure that all M&E systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 year in M&E project management or coordination, preferably in construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and their integration in construction projects
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Able to start work within short notice
