Job summary

OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an M&E Coordinator to oversee coordination of mechanical and electrical works on site, review drawings, and ensure compliance with project specs.

You will conduct M&E coordination meetings, plan progress, monitor installation works from conduits to switchboards, and liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, good communication, proactive and team‑oriented.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with construction site activities and M&E installation works.

Responsibilities

• Review method statements, technical submissions, design proposals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor M&E work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate M&E documentation and shop drawings to ensure proper integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Monitor subcontractors' M&E installation works, from underground conduits and piping to the installation of equipment such as transformers, pumps, generators, and switchboards.
• Coordinate with relevant project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure the smooth execution and timely completion of M&E works in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
