Job summary

AUDIMARS BUILDTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters for construction projects in Singapore.

You will monitor progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve issues to keep schedules on track. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site M&E technical and engineering matters.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site activities, and resolve technical issues to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Prepare and submit project progress and status reports.
• Coordinate M&E design details, drawings, and construction requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members on technical matters.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company quality standards.
• Supervise M&E works and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Maintain proper coordination among different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience in government projects will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
