Job summary

EWC PROFESSIONAL HUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional in Singapore to create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, and to coordinate M&E service drawings across structural, architectural, landscape and interior design.

The role requires an engineering diploma, a mechanical or electrical background, and proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD with BIM familiarity. You should be able to work independently, meet submission deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD; BIM familiarity preferred.
• Familiar with local building codes and submission procedures.
• Exposure to ISO/drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D detail drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant standards.
• Coordinate M&E service drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design.
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions.
• Update and maintain current drawings/documentation.
• Discuss ideas or issues with the team verbally and in writing.

• To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
• Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written

Requirements:

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Perform as a good team player
