Job summary

Koyo International Limited in Singapore is seeking a Detail Drafter for M&E building projects. You will produce M&E system design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings, and support project managers and engineers with documentation.

The role requires hands-on AutoCAD skills, familiarity with BIM/Revit is a plus, and strong English communication. You will monitor site progress, compile as-built drawings for submission, and ensure timely completion of drawings, with independent and team

Qualifications

• Diploma/NTC3 in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design with M&E consultants.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to prepare design/shop/as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM (Revit) is an added advantage.
• Good written and spoken English with keen attention to details.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design work with M&E consulting firms
• Well-versed in operating AutoCAD
• Possess M&E design knowledge
• Preferably with BIM (Revit) experience – an added advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
• Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
