Job summary

HUENG LUEI CO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Building Services Draftsman to produce accurate M&E drawings and 3D models. You will handle preliminary, construction, and as-built documentation using BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines, and maintaining quality standards across drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E or Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Drafting experience in M&E services is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit MEP is a plus.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognised institutions

Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.

Drafting experience in M&E services is a must.

Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage.

Hardworking, willing to learn, and possessing a good work ethic.

Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Required language (English & Mandarin) to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking client.
