GL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated M&E Project Coordinator/Draftsperson to support projects from planning to completion, blending coordination with drafting duties.

The role involves hands-on AutoCAD drafting, familiarity with Revit MEP or BIM, and liaison with clients, contractors, and authorities. A background of 1–3 years and relevant diploma/degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of M&E Systems, local codes, and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
