Job summary

KOYO M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E designer to produce M&E system design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings for building projects.

You will monitor site progress and ensure on-time submission of updated drawings. Requirements include a Diploma/NTC 3 in Building Services or related field, at least 4 years in M&E building design, proficiency in AutoCAD, and familiarity with Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NTC3 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in M&E building design work.
• Well-versed in operating AutoCAD.
• Possess M&E design knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Knowledge & familiarity with Revit MEP will be an advantage.
• Industry experience on a construction project will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in BIM Authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools would be a plus.
