EWC Engineers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a skilled Drafter to create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for M&E projects. You will coordinate across structural, architectural, landscape and interior teams and prepare drawings for submissions, ensuring standards are met.

With a Diploma in engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, you will work both independently and as part of a team, maintain up-to-date documentation, and deliver timely drawings in line with local codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings (detail, shop, and as-built) to drawing standards.
• Coordinate M&E service drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design.
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior to submissions.
• Update and maintain current drawings and documentation.
• Discuss ideas or issues with the team verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
• Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written

Requirements:

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD and other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Perform as a good team player
