is seeking an M&E Coordinator responsible for coordinating and overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects of construction and facilities projects, including planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The role ensures M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction or facilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with local and international M&E codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, and quality control processes.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.

• Serve as the point of contact for M&E-related queries and coordination between contractors, consultants, and project teams.
