Job summary

TOP STAR BUILDER PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled M&E site engineer to review and align mechanical and electrical design drawings with specifications and guidelines.

You will ensure on-site technical and engineering matters meet safety, codes and client expectations. Responsibilities include supervising M&E works, coordinating with client’s representative, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters, conducting joint inspections, and managing project supervision and documentation to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant M&E experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and align M&E design drawings with specifications.
• On-site technical and engineering matters and quality checks.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with client’s representative, consultants and subcontractors.
• Handle project supervision and documentation, including method statements, drawings, materials and progress submissions.

Job description

• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Conduct joint inspections with RTO.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with Client’s representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in construction related filed Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and Autocad.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
