Job Description
Coordinated M&E works with consultants, client representatives, subcontractors and site teams to ensure works were executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Coordinated and monitored RFI, RFA, shop drawings, technical submissions, material submissions and equipment procurement to support timely project completion.
Reviewed M&E drawings, identified discrepancies and coordinated with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
Coordinated M&E shop drawings, CSD and individual service drawings, ensuring proper drawing control and timely submission.
Prepared and reviewed method statements, technical submissions and other M&E project documentation.
Monitored M&E installation progress and coordinated site activities with other trades to minimize clashes and ensure smooth construction progress.
Conducted and coordinated site inspections and QA/QC activities with RE/RTO, ensuring inspection requirements were met and outstanding items were cleared according to the construction schedule.
Maintained M&E inspection, testing and commissioning records and ensured project documentation was kept up to date.
Coordinated equipment and material procurement, fabrication and delivery status to support planned M&E installation activities.
Assisted with progress claim evaluations, variation works, project planning, material requisition and cost-control activities.
Reported M&E work progress, site issues, technical matters and outstanding works to the Project Manager.
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore.
Minimum 5 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry with preferred in Healthcare Industry
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments.
Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences.
