Job summary

CHAN RONG FEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a qualified M&E Coordinator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on coordinating M&E installations, liaising with consultants, and ensuring adherence to approved drawings and schedules.

You will participate in technical and site meetings, resolve on-site issues with consultants and subcontractors, and supervise progress to maintain quality and timely completion. HDB BTO exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry.

• Coordinate M&E service installation on site according to approved coordination drawings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise effectively with consultants to address all matters related to M&E works and facilitate smooth project execution.

• Resolve site installation conflicts promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Arrange M&E system inspections and clearances with M&E RTO and RE to meet regulatory and project requirements.
