Job summary

CES ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is hiring a capable M&E Engineer to coordinate and supervise M&E works on residential projects in Singapore. You will review specifications, resolve drawings discrepancies, and ensure smooth, compliant progress and quality.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years' relevant experience in HDB or private residential projects; you should work well independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from recognised institutions.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or residential projects (HDB or private).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works.
• Review project specifications and clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies.
• Ensure smooth and timely progress of works.
• Ensure quality of works complies with standard regulations.
• Arrange and attend inspections or meetings with clients or contractors.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
