Job summary

SOON THONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site M&E Engineer to oversee technical matters, coordinate M&E works, and ensure compliance with project specifications. You will review drawings, supervise materials, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience; proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is required; HDB project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Experience with HDB projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and clarifications.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of reports as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants,sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements
