Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers at the Changi East Site Office.

This role focuses on design and coordination across interfaces with clients, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on track. You will review M&E drawings, coordinate planning, monitor submissions and approvals, and ensure works meet drawings and specifications while reporting to the Project

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as M&E Manager on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers.
• Attend technical/site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Interface or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day

Salary: $6000 to $8000 (depends on experience)
