Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&E Manager to lead a team of engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers in design and coordination for large-scale projects.

You will attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors, study M&E drawings, and ensure alignment with specifications. The role requires a degree in M&E (PEB) or a BCA M&E coordination certificate, 10+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, negotiate, and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
• Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
