Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers for design and coordination works in Singapore at Changi East.

Salary: SGD 6,000 to 8,000 per month. You will attend meetings with clients and consultants, study M&E drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, supervise on-site progress and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience in coordinating M&E works with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers in design and coordination.
• Attend client, consultant and stakeholder meetings.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants/sub-contractors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission and drawing approvals.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on technical/site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of main contractor and subcontractors to align with project schedule.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
