Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an M&E Construction Manager in Singapore to lead a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers on a large-scale project at Changi East Site Office.

This is a project-contract role with completion aimed end-2027. The ideal candidate holds a degree in M&E recognized by PEB or a BCA M&E coordination certificate, and has at least 10 years’ relevant experience as an M&E Manager.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of M&E engineers, supervisors, coordinators and BIM modelers.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve site issues.
• Coordinate M&E planning and document control, monitoring submissions and drawing approvals.
• Prepare construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out per specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical or site problems.
• Supervise on-site progress and coordinate main contractor and subcontractors to align with the project schedule.

Role:
M&E Construction Manager

• Project contract based (estimate project completion: End 2027)
• Work Location: Changi East Site Office
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day
• Salary: $6000 to $8000 (depends on experience)

Requirements
Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
Supervise the progress of works on site.
Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
