Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Construction Manager for a project contract based role at the Changi East Site Office.

You will lead a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers to coordinate design and field execution, attending meetings with clients and consultants. Responsibilities include studying drawings, coordinating M&E with sub-contractors, monitoring approvals, organizing M&E documents, and ensuring workmanship

Qualifications

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E Engineers, Supervisors, Coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordinate the works of the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are properly aligned and completed according to the project schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day
• Salary: $6000 to $8000 (depends on experience)
