Job summary

Keong Hong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable leader to manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers on design and coordination works. You will attend consultant meetings, oversee document and drawing interfaces, and ensure works align with plans on site.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, has at least five years of construction experience, and is proficient in BIM and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Singapore PE Board recognized).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction.
• Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers.
